Jeff received his Masters Degree in Engineering Physics from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, and his Doctorate from All Saints University School of Medicine. He was a 2016 Semi-Finalist Astronaut Candidate for the Canadian Space Agency, and worked to develop physiological screening criteria for future civilian commercial astronauts. He has worked in collaboration with the European Space Agency and Blue Origin on various biological/medical space payloads, and has lectured, taught and designed university level coursework in Aeromedical Science in the United States.

Having suffered a lower back and pelvic injury,  he is passionate about physical fitness and finding ways to help people train no matter what their circumstances are in life.
